PERSONAL/FAMILY LEGAL PLAN

A legal plan membership is an affordable way to get help to solve individual and family legal and financial problems. A legal plan removes the fear of cost that can scare people away from seeking professional advice. Membership gives members quick and affordable access to legal and financial advice. Plans are available at less than $1.00 per day.

A choice between an insured plan and an access plan makes membership easy and affordable. An access plan has a lower monthly fee than the insured plan.

Of special significance, one may enroll in either of these legal plans as an individual or as a family.

An access plan provides a group of benefits including advice, counseling, and other services for basic monthly fee. Complex issues receive services on a discounted fee basis.

An insured plan provides most covered services paid through the monthly premium when using a network attorney. Covered services from a non-network attorney are reimbursed according to an established schedule.
